Great from start to finish. Picture upload process is so simple!!! They have so many colors and types of art to choose from! I chose the phone case. Such great quality and protective. The illustration is spot on. I even gave some very simple instructions in the order that they followed to a tee. “Her eyes are green. Please keep the collar in the picture. Make her smile” :) they are amazing! Can’t say enough. Going to purchase some art for my grandmother and her 18 year old kitty! :)

I submitted a picture of my dog that was somewhat dark. The artist did a great job creating a realistic rendering of my dog as though the picture had not been somewhat dark at all. They also made some requested changes/alterations to the picture (like removing the snow that was on the dog's fur in the real-life picture). This was a gift for my brother and he is very happy with it!

I’m really impressed with this company. I had reservations about my first blanket; I didn’t think it looked like my cat and the colors seemed way off. I contacted them and told them my concerns, and they really went above and beyond to make sure that I eventually received the beautiful blanket I wanted. I’ve now used this company twice, and after seeing how they handle customer issues like mine, I’m really excited to buy from them again and feel confident that I will love the outcome.
