My first blanket I ordered did not come out as good as I wanted it to be so I emailed them and they kindly replaced it for me and did a great job on the replacement. It was done quickly.They responded to my emails quickly and we’re very kind. Love PetCanva

I have bought off them 2 times now, both times exceeded my expectations as far as customer service experience and actual product go! The only waiting time was shipping to Australia but that was exacerbated by covid-19 delays and no fault of Pet Canvas at all. The artist did an amazing job and listened when I asked for art revisions. The staff go above and beyond to reply to emails, one member of staff took the time to find real life examples of blanket backgrounds for me.

This company is amazing!!! My pet passed away and he was 19 yrs old, last June. The Pet Canva sent me a mug with my pets photo on it as a gift with the blanket I ordered. It was very thoughtful and sweet. I thought it was a mistake but when she told me it was to cheer me up, I thought that was the nicest gesture and a great company that loves to make their customers happy. Great quality products and pics are clear, colors are vibrant!!
