I ordered a dog harness now I don’t what happened with my order never heard from pet Canva, if the send my order they didn’t send me a tracking number now I tried the pet canva.com it doesn’t come out so I don’t know how to reached out with them i have no idea now with my order is this a scam?

I have purchased from this company numerous times and initially had no quality issues. the last two purchases I made were for fleece blankets with a picture of my black German Shepherd. The artwork was beautiful and showed the black dog. The first time I selected a purple background and when I received the blanket the dog was printed half black and half blue. After going back and forth with support for over a week they finally agreed to reprint the blanket if i selected a lighter color background. I did, and the reprint was perfect. My second purchase I used the same picture and selected a light color background. The artwork was perfect yet when the blanket was printed, again it was a half black and half blue dog. Now I need to try to get support to resolve the issue again. They blame their "fulfillment" team, but WHY is there no quality control done on these items before they are shipped? How could they think a blue dog is acceptable when the artwork clearly shows a black dog??

The quality of the iPhone 13 case and the way the art looked on the phone case is far inferior to what I received a year or two ago when I got one for my iPhone 11 and the dog in. The art for the 11 was printed onto the case and the whole case was the background color I chose. On the 13 it was a clear case with a printed sticker. The dog in the image is no longer living. So your crap work not only made me feel like I wasted my money it also broke my heart.

Very much unhappy with the experience. Ordered a blanket weeks ago, they said it would be here in 2 weeks.. today has been exactly 14 days, not only is it not arrived but they haven't even sent it out yet nor given a tracking number nor when it will arrive..Basically lied and said its because December is a busy month . Its a busy month every year, you had 11 months to prepare. If you want something thats going to be quick and easy, work of warning , don't order from here

I never even completed my order and they charged me for $76.46 that is ridiculous!!

They did not revise the art after I wasn't satisfied with it. They told me it would be $10 to cancel the order as they've already created the art, despite having 100% satisfaction guaranteed plastered all over the website. I decided to follow through. I paid for expedited shipping, and according to them my order was packed on the 12th. It is currently Christmas Eve, and the estimated arrival time is the 29th. A full 17 days after the order was allegedly packed. And again, that is after spending extra money for expedited shipping. I understand holiday rush, but this company is exceptionally bad at getting their products out. I firmly believe they are intentionally being untruthful about their shipping times to not dissuade people from placing orders too close to the holiday. Will never buy from again, will never recommend.

Do not order from them. I found this company online randomly, went to the site, it stated i had 3 days to place the order to receive by Christmas. I ordered right then, paid the extra money, and just received a shipping confirmation it wont be delivered till almost January. Contacted their customer service, and was told i could donate the blanket but they don't offer returns, even though they lied about processing and delivery times, and charged me extra to receive by Christmas. Horrible Customer Service, use one of the other companies that offer the same basic products.

I ordered a sweatshirt over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service is lack luster at best. They don’t do anything proactive - they put the responsibility on the customer to actually make sure the product they purchased is shipped. I have a 20 email thread of me pestering them for any type of update. While they do always get back to you, the response is always “it’s coming soon! Email me again in 2 weeks.” Here’s hoping I get my order at some point because it will be my only from Pet Canva.
