Sent wrong product and customer service took FOREVER to respond.

I love petals and tails products. They work great for calming my pups during storms and helping my older pup with her joint problems. I wouldn’t use any other product. Excellent customer service and super quick shipping.

Still waiting on product. Payed extra for faster shipping and still no update. A little disappointed especially owning a grooming salon when products are high priority. I have no doubt the product will great but shipping is an issue.

We give this to our 13 yr old lab. Who didn't get around much before. She's never been more active. Highly recommend.

I have a mini aussie and we have been using the dog wash and oil for 2 years we have had 4 scents so far and have loved them. I love that you can freshen her up between washes with the oils. Everyone always says how soft she is too. The company also listens when you have ideas too. The winter dog wash didn’t come with the oil and I wanted it so i let them know and by summer they had it for the limited editions too.

I’ve tried other companies for my little pupper but this is what gives me consistent results every time. I give him his dose every morning & have noticed such a huge difference in his anxiety. Can’t recommend enough!

It’s true the shampoo and conditioner is everything that the reviews have said. I am very please after washing 2 dogs Pomeranian (fur/coat) and a Poodle, (hair/coat) shampoo, and the conditioner is the key.

My dogs coat is so soft! I have a Maltese, this is the best product hands down! I’ve used a lot of others and I just can’t tell you how much better Petals and Tails leaves his hair it’s softer and cleaner. Also the smell is by far the most pleasant aspect! I can stop hugging and cuddling my dog.
