The shampoo and conditioners are really good. It’s the only one I found to work well with my yorkipoo’s hair. However, I found the cbd oil to not work on my dog. It seems to make my dog on high alert and more anxious. I have my dog the max level recommended. The lavender scent is too strong and doesn’t smell natural to me. I haven’t tried the other products. Customer service is good but the return policy could be better. Now I have to think twice before purchasing to make sure it’s not on sale or else I can’t return it.

I recently purchased the dual pack of oil and peanut butter. I had a question regarding the proper dosage. I tried calling but did not receive a response. I then tried emailing and also did not receive a response. So I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and this has made me look into a different company for my future purchases. I was eventually able to figure out the dosage using the magnifier on my phone. I have only given this to my dog for a few days and have not seen much change. Perhaps it takes longer?

Still waiting on product. Payed extra for faster shipping and still no update. A little disappointed especially owning a grooming salon when products are high priority. I have no doubt the product will great but shipping is an issue.

Got this for my dogs. I'm on the 2nd week and my dogs behavior is the same, which is a bummer. Only noticed that they nap more and are less itchy on the eyes. Wouldn't waste money again.

Love the scents!! But the price point is super expensive and product is 90 percent water! The formula needs to have more quality that is given for the price.

I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding the purpose or misusing the product, but my 5 month old dood did not seem to mellow out at all after taking 2 pumpkin CBD treats on an empty stomach. I gave them to him because we were going to a Thanksgiving lunch at my parents’, and there were going to be 15+ people and LOTS of food. He jumped on all the guests (he loves attention) and tried to counter surf. When I finally crated him, he whimpered the whole time. Taste wise, he seemed to love it, but I don’t know that he’s ever turned down a treat. LOL

It was decent experience
