Their customer service is exceptional. I chatted with an individual named Jayme, who was quick to address my concerns when I was originally fairly set on a cancellation. They provided solutions and not just the financial kind. Usually, you call or chat with a business and ask to cancel, and they offer you 20% off and hope it works. Jayme actually addressed my concerns (issues with the website, assessment, my lack of knowledge about nutrition) AND offered the financial perks as well. That is rare. I would've stayed on just for the service component. As someone who works in the service industry, this person taught me a few things.
