I ordered a custom made supplement…
I ordered a custom made supplement package based on the questions asked. However, my body did not accept the prebiotics. This is the second company I have tried and same results to prebiotic supplements. I realize the questions are a standard form for everyone but could be a bit more detailed . I suggest a list of conditions such as Celiac Disease, IBS, Diabetes 1 or 2, Lactose Intolerance to name a few then provide specific questions to that disease. I did like the prepackaged morning and night supplements with the quantity count to take. But unfortunately it did not agree with me. Customer service was excellent in providing a refund without extensive paperwork involved. Thank-you!
