Outstanding Customer Service
I’m fairly new to this, it’s been almost a month that I’ve been taking what they’ve recommended. I’m not seeing effects as yet because it’s barely new but their customer service is outstanding. Easy to get somebody on the phone and they always follow through their calls. I like the access to Nutritionist and be able to help adjust my subscription based on what my current needs are. Really nice people and convenient to have easy access to their experts. I gave 4 stars just because I think it’s good to be a little conservative on the dosage. I was very sleepy on my first week of taking the vitamins but the nutritionist Ruby helped me figure out what to do and I’m feeling great now! Highly recommend to give it a try!

Used to be great, not so much anymore
When I started a few years ago, Persona was a great company. In the last year, they haven't had pills in stock, multiple times they had to reship because the carriers they use constantly lose packages or don't deliver them or they send shipments late and I run out before my next shipment arrives. I'm immune compromised and a Bariatric patient so vitamins are crucial for my health. It was saving me quite a bit of money using Persona but as I sit here now, been out for 2 days and my vitamins that were supposed to be delivered today have not been - I think I'm going to have to look elsewhere for my vitamins

I just was on chat with Saira customer service. I was charged twice this month. I received 2 shipments back to back for a total $434.59. Who can afford that? The monthly payments are an expensive self care, but the double shipment this month is too much.

I have looked at the history and prior communication and I see it was explained that on Oct 19th you adjusted your next order date from November, back to October, which triggered another order for you.
