Great Food, Good Company
Always had great service with them. One time FedEx messed up my order and personal trainer food was quick to respond, replace my order and even throw in some freebies for the inconvenience. Good customer service goes a long way with me. The food tastes great and is so convenient so I continue to order from them.

Mostly edible
Edible mostly - some of the chicken products are that spongy stuff that I guess passes for chicken in prison food... vegetables are vegetables. Everything extremely salty. Breakfast the best option - but t does what it supposed to and shows you daily what and he amounts you are supposed to eat.

My wife says I'm a picky eater and …
My wife says I'm a picky eater and she's probably right. Regardless, these meals are high quality. The vegetables taste very fresh. Highly recommended!

Looking good one meal at a time.
The food is delicious It's very fresh Easy to cook The variety on the menu is wonderful. You don't get tired of eating the same meals.

No time to meal prep
I am so busy. Full time student, business owner, part time job, and volunteer sports coach. I have zero time to grocery shop much less meal prep. PTF is perfect for someone like me who wants to lose weight but doesn't have time for the diet part. It's super convenient, the food is actually really good (it's not dry food like nutrisystem, it's all frozen) and they deliver super quick. It's a little expensive but maybe that's because I'm not used to buying healthy food, I'm used to buying cheap unhealthy stuff. It's totally worth it! Down 10 lbs in 2 weeks and I've only had time to work out twice. Keep it up guys!

Delicious
The food is delicious and per my dietician, nutritious. In the 3-meal/day plan, I added a lunch and had 2 entrees and 2 vegetables for dinner, which works well for me.

I've been very happy with Personal …
I've been very happy with Personal Trainer Foods. I'm not a fan of most vegetables but that's hardly their fault and I've started custom ordering my food to not include them. (I prefer fresh from the store but the butter sauce they include makes a big difference on them if you don't mind frozen.) Breakfasts are particularly good to me. This diet was recommended by a friend that was using it and I've gotten a few people on it as well that noticed it working for me.
