My whole family really likes Personal Trainer Food. We don't use it specifically for weight loss, we just like the convenience of having something delicious to eat that doesn't take any effort to prepare when we're busy. The food arrives conveniently packaged and still frozen solid, ready to transfer to our freezer. The customer service is OUTSTANDING...I've had the occasion to contact them a couple of times with questions or changes to my order and they are always friendly and extremely helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the portion sizes on the meat aren't always consistent...I've had a few giant pieces of chicken, and others that are quite small. Also, the food is a bit expensive but they always run specials that make it more affordable. We got locked in on an automatic subscription at a fair price so I can see us continuing to use this service long term.

Full disclosure, I did not purchase Personal Trainer Food with the intention of following the diet recommended by them to lose weight. It would work, absolutely. I purchased the meals because they're healthy and good for you - for sure - and also easy. I use them as substitutes when I haven't packed lunch, or made dinners for the week. I weight lift, and need a lot of protein - and it's difficult if I haven't had time to meal prep for the week. Personal Trainer Food meals fill the gap affordably and prevents me from going out for meals! And yes, diet and exercise while using Personal Trainer Food meals absolutely helped me reach my fat loss / muscle gain goals. Shipping is super fast and efficient, and all of the nutrition facts are available online.

The Broccoli and Broccoli and Cauliflower vegetables sometimes arrive with just the hard stems not the actual eatable vegetable! :( I want quality vegetables that can be cut with a knife!

The food is good but after 2 days i lost interest in eating them. They lose their freshness after a few days and it doesn't taste the same.

Great tasting food. Pretty simple / no-gimmick diet process / nothing you couldn't do yourself, but the convenience and discipline is what I paid for and is what's getting the results.

Personal Trainer Food works exactly as advertised. Deliveries were always on time, the website makes accessing your account and updating your menu easy, and the food itself is perfect for weight loss. I stopped using the service after two months, only because I had lost the weight I wanted to lose, and no longer needed it. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious and the portions are just right. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that after 3 weeks, I got really bored of eating just meat, vegetables and eggs. I did lose 8lbs though!
