This meal plan claims to be fitness oriented, but it is far from it. These are not clean meals. These are rations of frozen food repurposed as a healthy meal plan. It looks like the same frozen microwave meal producers worked with Personal Trainer Food to make this preservative and sodium laden food. I will sriclnwith ny own meal prep. At least I know it's actually clean, fresh food when I prepare it myself. On the plus-side, shipping and time flexibility is excellent, and everything is well-packed and shipped. Too bad he food was not clean and followed suit with Lean Cuisine. Seems like a good deal but save yourself some money and buy some Lean Cuisines and buy some summer sausage, non-refreigerated cheese, and a lot of nuts and seeds. Use non-refrigeratored liquid margarine and you've basically recreate this diet program for much cheaper.

We do get our product from Top grade USA vendors and do not add any fillers to our product but keep the 100% the way we receive them.
