I am a fan! I have ordered now three times. I've only lost 8 pounds but I'm happy with that. Most important to me was the ease of use and the simplicity of meal planning , i.e., none!! My only negative comment: my first delivery seemed to be hastily and sloppily packed. Lots of broken items (eggs, hamburgers). I didn't report it because I didn't want to delay my progress. Second batch better. Third batch, experienced bags popping before totally heated in the microwave, which resulted in a juicy mess now and then. Not a huge issue, but not quite up to 5 stars.... I would re-order any time. The food is tasty, portions are filling....

Great food, portioned to daily meal...saves me so much time instead of planning meals. The veggies will need salt and garlic butter for sure...but the protein is salty enough for my taste. If you stick with the meal plans for 28 days (no cheating!), you WILL see results. Would recommend to people who has the determination to stick with the plan. Also, offers sales often.

The food was awesome. It was still frozen when it got to me in Florida. I will continue to buy.

Trustworthy company. Excellent customer service. Food quality and taste is fresh. The food is really really good. Website is easy to use. Makes my life a lot easier. (I have only been using this company for one month) fingers crossed it stays the same. Highly recommend

With discounts codes it comes in at a reasonable price point full price to product is out of the cost to benefit ratio. I started with 2 Groupon coupons. I used one gave my daughter a coupon as well. I used it for a few months and it was okay. I found out which products they have I liked and which I didn't. Unfortunately you are limited in how much of one product over another product or protein/vegetable you can order. So that is a point of distress. My daughter had tried one of my meals and decided she didn't like it. So I tried to use her coupon and couldn't because it required me to create a new account. Being honest tried to work this out with customer service. didn't work out. When I tried to use the coupon under my daughters name. It kept getting rejected called customer service a few times. Add this letter to the front and it should work. It didn't. So I have what is probably about a $300 credit with them. I think it is probably 370ish because I got the Groupon for the male version package. Basically more Protein over vegetables. The food was just okay. But scientifically put together? Basically no different from what you get in the store. Now if I didn't have the issue with the coupon? Or had the issue with Can I have more of the items I actually liked? Would I be a customer still? The answer is Yes. How confident and I am that this will resolve? Not really. But good concept and it was very helpful getting me started. I have lost give or take roughly 50 pounds, in the 4 month period I used it. Gained some back and still at a net loss of over 35 pounds.
