I was very excited to try Personal Trainer Food after reading about it in a Facebook post and after doing some research I placed my order. I tried it for a week but could not do no more. After heating up the food in the microwave as directed and opening up the baggie a not so good smell would vapor out. However, the food itself was not that bad but after eating shortly after it would just go through me. I would feel sick to my stomach. Not sure if I got a bad batch but do not want to spend that amount again for it to still be the same.

The food is delicious and comes very well packaged, each package is microwaveable, the instruction for how many minutes to cook and what's in each package is stamped on each package. I'm very busy and this is so easy to follow. I've been eating this food for 2 weeks now and have lost 13 lbs.

The food is tasty but can get a little repetitive after two weeks. I’m also not sure if I’m really losing that much weight but I still have two more weeks to go so maybe that will change.

The food is very tasty and the price is reasonable. My only complaint is that many of the meats are processed a contain a lot of sodium.

Delivery was prompt and food packaged well. I ordered the REV program. The food and options were excellent. However, when I had a concern for my price and billing the customer service representative was abrupt, rude and seemed to say, "now that you ordered from us and we got paid, we're done with you". Because of this poor care for the customer, I will not recommend or use PTF again. Customer service is a valuable asset, they don't have it!
