Food tastes absolutely amazing. It works for losing/maintaining weight, especially if you are disciplined enough to completely stick with the prescribed meals.

I have to say I love the food. It is very tasty and filling. The sauces are amazing!!!!! I would have to say there is some proteins I will not order next time. Like the teryaki chicken. It had some pieces of fat in it. That is about the only complaint I have about these meals. I am definitly ordering again. I have lost 6lbs in 1.5weeks.

Food and convenience of food and products are remarkably easily. FYI Food arrived in a VERY VERY large carton, if you have mobile issues, its kinda of task getting in your home. I would really recommend the foods for elderly or someone home on a rehab.... it simple low fats, sugars, and not loaded with sodium or on the processed sides. Last note, just being a slight snob, when my EXTRA LARGE CARTON, arrived the foods did maintain the cold environment, however, opening the package it appeared someone had pour or tossed all the products in a large box and with the assistance of the delivery service it was pretty tossed up.

The food is really convenient. The good: It is simple to stay on track. Could be better: The bags break open during microwaving, messy The videos show heating veggies and protein at the same time, this did not work. Would prefer other varieties of butter sauce, garlic is not someting I want every day. Lots of pressure to buy more, but you need all your freezer, so you better be out.

I love it! This works perfectly for me, as I cook for one, and make another meal for my son. Although, he does like the meatballs and gluten-free chicken. Super-easy, great taste, I'm a huge fan.

Whoever is in charge of filling the vegetable orders needs retraining. I ordered the special REV program for $199 which involved 84 vegetables. I set up a Saturday delivery and when I was unpacking, I noticed there were 21 packages of brussel sprouts! I did not order ANY brussel sprouts but here they were, part of the 84. First: Personal Trainer Food does not allow you to order more than 20 of an item on the order; however I was lucky enough to receive 21 packages of a vegetable I dislike! Second: There were other messed up vegetable items on the order. Third: Since I opened the box on Saturday night, there wasn't anyone in customer service to talk with. I sent an email, however they probably do not work on Sunday. So I haven't a clue how this issue is going to be resolved.

I ordered some butter sauce from PT. The ordering process was easy and no friction. However, once I placed my order that was it. Not sure if my order took, no trace that I even made an order, no tracking or an acknowledgment from PT if the order was accepted. However, my credit card showed a charge but I had no information on my account online with PT that I even had an order? Why is that??
