Had a wonderful ornament made for my parents with a picture of their labrador who passed away earlier this year.

I just absolutely love my door mat of all my animals. The pictures to pick from is exactly the way my dogs and cat look like. I also got one for a friend for Christmas and I believe he was about to cry. I think his is the best gift to give someone with special loving pets. Now no a complaint but I also have a bird. My bird Maxx was a little upset. He’s the oldest. 22 years old. Again thank you so much for what PersonalFury expertise. Love it😁

I placed my order on November 26 with plenty of time I thought to receive 3 Pillows for my granddaughters for Christmas. Instead I received 2 dog pillows. I have sent pictures of both pillows I got and am hoping I will be receiving the correct order for my girls before New Years. I can't believe how screwed up this order got. Plus considering they were not cheap i would hope they would have gotten it right. It makes you second guess ordering from a company like this where the customer service is not important. I am not use to writing poor reviews but in this case it is warranted.
