I ordered this doormat before the Dec 5 cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Never received tracking information. Reached out to Personal Fury on Dec. 15 and was told it shipped that day. They sent me a tracking number. After a few days the carrier still hadn't received the package. Reached out to Personal Fury again and was rudely told by Riley that their email to me clearly stated to wait 7 days before reaching out for an update. The evening of Dec 23 I checked with DHL again with the tracking number and they still had not received the package. At that time I asked for a refund. Riley emailed me back the next day and said she would check to see if it was lost. Well...low and behold...DHL received the package on Dec. 24 AFTER I asked for a refund. Clearly not going to arrive by Christmas. It arrived the following week after Christmas and I again asked for a refund because I had to buy another gift for the person. Riley told me they will only refund if the item was defective. She admitted they didn't fulfill their end of the agreement and refunded $6.99 for my shipping. Completely unsatisfactory as I now have this and no use for it. If they could have been honest all along the order could have been canceled before it was shipped and I could have been refunded. Would never recommend this shady company. By the way...they only allow positive posts to post on their website. I posted twice, two negative reviews and they were removed immediately

The shirts were very nice and came very fast. I sent an ornament to my sister in another state. She loved it!

I ordered two personalized ornaments and they were everything I expected. The shipping was fast. I would definitely order again.

I don't know what happened. It still hasn't been recieved. It's supposed to arrive on the 10th and now it's delayed again so who knows when it will get here. Christmas order before that was recieved quickly and this after Christmas and it takes this long!!! Geeze!!!! Hope it gets there soon

I have now ordered a number of items from Personal Fury as gifts for friends and loved ones and I have to say the recipients have those gifts have been thrilled with them. All the products we have ordered have been of such wonderful quality I couldn’t be happier with them. This is definitely worth every penny and more.
