Works great unless you are locked out…
Works great unless you are locked out of Perrla. Then even though you are paying for the service you will not be able to use the product! I have been locked out of the service for nearly a year. Perrla made a change to the system and I have been locked out since that event. The last year has been a waste of money.

Paying for PERRLA through a year you couldn't get into it is the opposite of what we want for anyone, and it shouldn't have taken this long to get fixed.
