Using copy and paste into PERRLA is not…
Using copy and paste into PERRLA is not user friendly. There are multiple formatting errors that takes hours to fix if you're even able. Forget adding a table, it's impossible. I am so frustrated with it that I am ready to quit to app altogether

Lana, I'm sorry. That's a miserable way to spend time you don't have, and it isn't the experience we want you to have with PERRLA. You're right about pasting, and it's a fair complaint. PERRLA brings pasted text in the way it arrives and leaves the cleanup to you, so text out of a browser or another document can land carrying formatting you then have to fight. I've passed your note to our team. For tables, there's a much faster path than pasting one in. In PERRLA's menu, click Insert Table, enter your title and how many rows and columns you need, and PERRLA builds the table, formats it, and numbers it for you. You then edit the contents, title, and notes right in your paper. Before you give up on us, please let us help. Email our team at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted – I want to see the paper that's fighting you, get it formatted properly, and hear what would make this better for you.
