As a working professional with several competing priorities, PERRLA has helped me navigate competing priorities. PERRLA makes research papers and discussion posts easier to complete by searching out the reference and configuring new references, as well a adding a reference page and in-text citations. This has significantly reduced my stress.

Thank you! Juggling work and school is no small thing – we're glad PERRLA is carrying the formatting load so you don't have to. Best of luck with the program!

PERRLA has saved my college career. I was never taught how to write research papers and essays in high school or during my early college years. I now use it for all of my writing. Since I have been using PERRLA, I have not had any points deducted for my formatting. I have watched them grow as a company, and with every update, they make it much easier. If you have problems or questions, they respond quickly and assist you through whatever problem you are having. Not to mention the email updates that will keep you laughing for days. I now gift PERRLA to my grandchildren when they get into high school or college. Out of all the different programs I used before PERRLA, they are truly the best. Try it; I am sure you will love it as much as I do.

Karen, this one made our week! Zero formatting deductions, a decade of watching us grow, and now gifting PERRLA to your grandchildren – that's the highest compliment there is. Thank you!

This is super easy to use. I was having APA formating and citatation issues. Found this program. Makes formatting super easy! Reference page done right. Citations are done correctly and easily. Took the stress out of all the paper writing for my BSN.

I started my second masters when I was 60 years old. This one was online and there was MUCH to learn. Using Perrla took the stress away when it came to papers and that was a big plus. Then I just had to deal with some of the technology, which my 15 year could mostly help with! We all remember the stress of writing up Bibliographies etc. Perrla took the stress out of every period, every space, every comma. What a gift! Also, their customer service/help was personal, helpful and outstanding- I really felt like I had another person standing there with me. Plus, they were open to suggestions for change- how cool! I cannot recommend this enough. It is very easy to lose points for errors in formatting references- but not with Perrla. Also, I had a professor that was grading my paper based on APA 6, because Perrla had the most up to date APA 7 for me to choose from I was able to challenge that professor and he discovered he was grading everybody's paper incorrectly, I was the only one who got my points back because I did my research and I knew I was in the right. Thank you Perrla, a thousand times, my only sadness in graduating is I won't need you anymore! It's been a great relationship!
Response from PERRLAAug 3, 2026
Congratulations on finishing your master's, Dana! We loved reading this – especially the story about challenging your professor's APA 6 grading and getting your points back. That's exactly why we obsess over keeping every rule up to date. We'll pass your kind words along to our support team too; they'll be thrilled. Thank you for letting us be part of the journey, and enjoy graduation!

Not only is this writing software excellent, the customer service is too. They’re very good with helping their customers.
Response from PERRLAAug 3, 2026
Thank you, Rene! Making the software work well is only half the job – being there when you need a hand is the other half, so it means a lot that both showed up for you.
