Hello, Thank you for offering your feedback once again. Following your original review, your account was verified by our support team on the 12th of December. We would encourage you to reach out to [email protected] before writing reviews, as our support team is still the quickest way to resolve any issue that you may be having. We have been experiencing technical issues regarding 504 gateway timeouts, and our engineering team will have this issue solved very soon.

Hello, Thank you again for your feedback! It appears that your issue may be do to the fact that there is no Permission account associated with [email protected]. There is however an account registered to [email protected]. All communications between [email protected] and our support team have been answered, during which our team has communicated that your KYC request had been fufilled. As far as your ASK balance goes, your entire balance is within a wallet that you alone are the custodian of. By moving your private keys to a web wallet, you can open/manage your ASK from there in addition to the access you have within your Permission account.
