Haven't been able to move ask to polygon as instructed always says password wrong at get phrase and key, notified 2x they say working on log in issue, last email. a total loss of respect forpermission As a reminder, please note that the ASK token on the legacy Permission Blockchain will no longer be supported on any exchanges after June 25th, 2023. Additionally, the Permission Platform will only support the withdrawal of ASK tokens on the Polygon chain after that date

I have been using the app for more than 2 years. I requested that the existing 33425 tokens be transferred to the wallet. I have been waiting for my KYC approval for 1 year, I wrote to support many times and I could not get a response. They are very uninterested, a complete waste of time. ******** (18.02.2023) I cannot withdraw the balance in my wallet. Send part is not active. I have been collecting coins for a very long time. You are trying so hard to withdraw my savings. What is your purpose in this? I want to withdraw emergency tokens. (21.03.2023) After the last time I wrote, the send part became active. But it won't let me withdraw it to my wallet. I sent a message to the support, of course, there was no return. I'm calling out to everyone from here, stay away from this site, it doesn't make you work and pay. In this way, I was able to get the tokens. my problem is solved. thanks

Hello, Thank you again for your feedback! It appears that your issue may be do to the fact that there is no Permission account associated with [email protected]. There is however an account registered to [email protected]. All communications between [email protected] and our support team have been answered, during which our team has communicated that your KYC request had been fufilled. As far as your ASK balance goes, your entire balance is within a wallet that you alone are the custodian of. By moving your private keys to a web wallet, you can open/manage your ASK from there in addition to the access you have within your Permission account. Please reach out to [email protected] with any additional questions.

They ask you for KYC in order to transfer your "pending balance" in the wallet and that's ok but they don't tell you first that you'll be able to do that only once you reach 25000 ASK. Is hard, if not almost impossible, to reach thath amount only watching the ads and if you don't want to buy anything from the shop you do an useless KYC and give them your data basically for free. Apart from this the extension doesn't work with Brave. Update: I'm not discussing your withdrawal limit but the fact that is hidden until you do the KYC. Update 2: To be honest I did the KYC just to withdrawal and If I had known in advance that there is a 25.000 withdrawal limit I wouldn't have done that. I guess that other people have and will have the same issue. The point is that would be nice to show these limits regardless of the KYC, since you claim to be transparent and to pay the user for his data.

Hello, Thank you for your honest feedback! Please understand, our minimum balance withdrawal of 25,000 ASK is an important security measure in keeping our network and its users safe. With that being said, we are constantly reviewing our minimum withdrawal policy and earning opportunities. Update: Our KYC process is very important to the success of Permission, and the security of our network. We would love to help you with your KYC submission, and would ask that you reach out to [email protected]!
