PERL Mortgage, IncReviews of perlmortgage.com

Very friendly and professional service

Very professional, personal group of people from beginning to end. Willingness to listen and go the extra mile for the client, most importantly in constant communication with you during the whole PAINLESS process...Highly recommended!!!

Tammy and Patti were very responsive and flexible.

Alex and his team were one of the recommended lenders provided to us by our broker. Alex and Terri were extremely responsive, answered all of our questions within a few hours, sometimes even minutes, and walked us through the lending process step by step. What could have been a painful and confusing process was stress and pain-free thanks to Alex and his team. This was our first time buying a home and they made the whole process run smoothly. We would definitely use PERL Mortgage again and would without a doubt recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Alex & the PERL Mortage team for helping us to purchase our first home!

Deb and her team delivered great customer service and followed through on every detail. I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

Team Aponte is the best! They have great communication and do the best making sure we got the best deal. I am very pleased after using them to refinance and then to purchase a new property. Highly recommend!

Beth Lewis- patient, kind, smart, helpful from start to finish- closing took 45 minutes- swift and painless- so so easy. Would highly recommend.

The amazing part of this whole situation is that PERL Mortgage pulled off in 2 weeks what I've been trying to accomplish in 2 years. I've dealt with so many loan officers: some tried to help and some didn't, but they all didn't look closely enough to find the problem that was in my way of completing this progress. SPECIAL THANKS TO GREG HERMAN.
