I can not complain. Experienced staff, were pretty quick with everything. I had limited time, credit, & resources AND an underwriter curveball and now have a nice home.

The best compliment I can give for my PERL mortgage team is that there were no surprises! From beginning to end, each step of the process was explained in advance. All costs of closing were reviewed with me up front, and when I completed the closing process, I knew what to expect. The entire team was quick to respond to questions when I had them, which was a comfort. As a first time homebuyer I was expecting a lot of hassle and stress. With my PERL mortgage team it was a very smooth process, and I am very grateful for that. I’d recommend them to anyone.
