I called Perl and spoke with their lending agent, he was able to take some info that day and start the application. We were approved and had the loan we needed in a very short time. The people we worked with were very knowledgeable in answering our questions even after the closing of our house. Albron Hana takes the time to educate you on what to expect and on things to look for in the place you are thinking of buying. Betsy Santellano is very knowledgeable about the loan documents and processes as well. She is friendly and easy to talk to if you have concerns.
