PERL Mortgage, IncReviews of perlmortgage.com

Excellent mortgage process. Scott is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had and walk me through the entire loan & home buying process.

Perl Mortgage provided exceptional service to us as first time home buyers. Our lender gave us the tools to make educated decisions about a mortgage program that would meet our financial needs/budget. Communication with the lender, lender's team, and operations was clear and timely. Thank you Perl Mortgage!

Great service throughout the entire lending process. Quick to answer questions.

David went above and beyond with both personal attention and making my loan process happen. I owe this all to him!

Rod and Jan and team were great to work with!

Buying an REO was a long six month process but Katie Wresch and PERL were with us every step of the way. We highly recommend Katie and her team and will definitely use them in the future.

The most wonderful team! The greatest experience with real understanding individuals. There is passion in their work! They love their careers!

Very satisfied with Perl. Excellent communication and a minimum of hassles. We were able to handle the application all the pre-closing paperwork electronically with secure upload. Calls and emails were all responded to promptly. It really could not have gone any more smoothly.
