Mark at Perl was amazing throughout the process. I just closed on my new house today! During the entire process, Mark was always available by phone and email to field any questions I had. Even on Christmas day! It was their customer service that ultimately led me to select them over the other lenders I received quotes from. Not only was Mark able to match or beat the numbers I was quoted by the others, he flat out treated me better as well.
