Communication sometimes a little slow!

Great service! Would definitely recommend Amir and his team to my friends and family. They provided inacurate information in two instances, but nothing that became a problem.

This was my first time purchasing and I felt that it was smooth as could be. I don't know if my issue is a PM thing or if it is an industry thing, but we ran into a bit of an issue when my wife's personal information was being requested and I didn't get it because she had nothing to do with the deal. Team Aponte was great throughout the process though!

We could not have been happier with the attention and assistance we received from Perl Mortgage. The only very slight hiccup was the inexperience we found with buying a co-op in Chicago (which accounts for less than 3% of the housing market) and somewhat of a “learning as you go” as we went through the loan process. That being said, I would absolutely use them again.
