Mark and his team at Pearl in Yucca Valley CA were great! I felt like out of all the people that were supposed to be working for me throughout my long house buying process The ladies and gentlemen at Pearl were the only ones working with my best interest in mind. If ever need a mortgage company in the future Mark, Amanda, Karen and Zack will be my first call. Thanks again for the professional and courteous treatment

Perl was incredibly easy to work with and made owning a home a reality for my wife and I. Initially the thought of getting a mortgage was daunting, but Josh Callahan made it a breeze. We couldn't be happier.

I can’t say enough about Perl. My loan was very difficult and they worked hard to get everything through. Answered every question and kept the process clear and moving forward. I worked with Donny, and can honestly say he feels like family after a very stressful process. Without him I would have lost my sanity. Thanks PERL!
