We recently decided to purchase a new home. We did not want to sell the house we were living in first, and then have to rush to find a new home during the 30-45 day closing. We opted to try a double mortgage. The realtor team we were working with suggested we contact Katie Wresch at Perl Mortgage. She is great! We explained our situation and Katie had us approved right away. When we decided we wanted to raise our purchase price, Katie worked with us and, again, approval was quick.
