While there were a lot of delays in delivery of the product, most of the personnel responded promptly and were helpful in managing the issues. It would have been more helpful if there were written instructions along with the pictures, and if the videos included oral instructions, as I come from a generation of people who still use words to communicate. But I love the pergola now that it is all together and we can use it. It looks great on my patio!

My 30 year old wood pergola was beyond repair due to age so this aluminium Pergolux was a perfect replacement given the high cost of wood. Ecological too. There were some problems with the delivery as the models were switched to the new S2 with supply chain issues. This delayed installation for about a month. There were installation issues but were fixed by the Pergolux recommended third party. This was resolved in the middle of August after requesting replacement parts 8/9/24. Overall, I'm happy with the setup. I wish the LED string light was brighter and would cover more. (There is about 3 inches each end of exposed wiring) I'm waiting on how it will handle during the winter rains. So far, the heat of the summer, it has performed well.

I have purchased 3 pergolux and my daughter has purchased 2, we have had a great experience for beginning to end. We have used their assembly service as well as doing it ourselves. I have had lots of compliments or from neighbors, friends and others.

We love our patio now! We ordered a white one that matched our house trim color. We placed it very close to house, but not attached so the closeness created a barrier from rain/ sun. We bought 3 screens to provide shelter from sun and rain and for privacy. It took a too hot patio and made it pleasant. My husband put it together, but had help holding/bracing when mounting. Our pergola arrived minus a part, but customer service Fed X it right away.

The quality of the product, customer support and ease of build were all top notch. However, the company that was used to transport the pergola was subpar. Not only did some of the parts get damaged during transport, the delivery personnel damaged my garage epoxy flooring when dropping off one of the pallets.

Great service. Easy to call them for advice. Shipping was fast. I would hiring a company to put it together unless you are really good at it.
