Website is good and the representative who called back was informative on the models offered. The Pergola was delivered and all boxes were clearly marked and were also numbered for each of total boxes. Instruction manuals were very thorough and the quality is very visible in the parts and structure. All parts were clearly marked and assembled properly. The model S2 is just what we needed and provides a great cover for overhead open and closed options and the screens are heavy duty and easy to operate. One of the best products in the industry.

Bought my S2 pergola back in February but didn't assemble it until late May early June. There was a communication issue before I purchased but the representative was able work a compromise to make my setup work. In that matter if plan on fastening the pergola to the roof,go electric because the manual crank doesn't work being on the wall side.My assembly took longer being a 2nd floor deck and placed on 6x6 wood blocks to raise to the appropriate height and fastened to the roof. Only improvement I would suggest is more clear assembly instructions.
