PERGOLUX Pergola S3 - 10x20 Free Standing Review Overall, very satisfied with the quality and service received and happy with the purchase. Here a few "hits and misses"; Delivery - all boxes arrived undamaged and on time. shipper kept us up to date on delivery date and time. Quality - parts were well packaged and protected, no scratches or blemishes. Final Product - the pergola is very impressive once complete. the louvers work easily (manual crank) and close securely. Screens are very nice, the move easily up and down and lock into positions securely, very good at shading the sun. we bought the led light kit and it works well. Customer service was very friendly and helpful when we contacted them. Instructions - they could be better, the illustrations were well done, the biggest problem was finding and identifying the parts that are needed. we received 17 boxes and most of them had shipping labels and stamps that covered the box number. so even though the box and part numbers are listed in the instructions it did not help. you had to open most of the boxes and hunt for what you need. I would suggest labeling the boxes on the side and ends in several places so the number doesn't get covered up and/or list the part numbers in the box on the outside of the box or in a separate envelope attached to the box. Include up to date instructions with the shipment. I downloaded the instructions from the website and printed them, after starting the assembly we noticed some things didn't match up - I called customer service and they looked up the order number and e-mailed the correct instruction pdf for our purchase. this cost us time (I was working with a contractor who was billing T&M) and money. just include a current manual and or cd, or link to the correct instructions. The app was difficult to use - assembling the pergola with the hot bright sun in Arizona makes looking at your phone difficult - I wish manufactures would realize that sometimes the phone and the cloud isn't the best solution. Overall the misses are minor and do not impact the quality of the product. I highly recommend Pergolux.

Ordering from website was easy. Delivery arrived within a week. Very satisfied with quality and design of pergola. Combination of pdf installation instructions and YouTube videos provided very good installation experience. Only downside was that the track compression anchor hardware was missing from screens and currently dealing with customer service to receive parts.

The Pergolux pergola system looks great — sleek design, nice concept. But the experience behind it? Not so great. I’ve dealt with: • Missing parts (some essential to complete installation) • Cheap screws that snapped mid-assembly • Delivery delays and vague communication • Customer service that consistently shifts blame and takes forever to respond I had to escalate to the CEO just to get basic follow-up. Even then, promises like “overnight shipping” were ignored, and I ended up having to chase both Pergolux and their shipping partner for weeks. Unless you’re okay with a DIY project full of guesswork, silence, and broken commitments, I’d think twice. The product might be premium on the surface, but the experience is anything but.

I was so excited to purchase my pergola early in the year. I jumped on their "easter sale" and the pergola promptly arrived. A few weeks later, the price dropped significantly and I spoke with customer service. They were not able to refund the entire price difference but were able to issue a partial refund which I appreciated. Nellie was incredibly helpful and listened to my concerns with empathy and appreciation. I learned not to expect that the "easter sale" was going to be the only and best sale price and that there are often fluctuations. I am happy I was able to procure the pergola and it was quickly delivered to my house. Looking forward to installing later this summer.

We purchased a PERGOLUX Sundream S2 last summer. Some wrinkles with timing and damaged parts but PERGOLUX hung in there with us and made it right. I am happy I chose a US company who answered E-mails and phone calls. In particular Sophie was fantastic. In addition our pergola looks fantastic!
