I purchased the Sundream S3 10x16 and couldn’t be more happier with the end result. I did the installation myself and had to read the manuals and watch the videos a few times before I started to build the confidence. Few issues I did have though were with missing parts so I would recommend doing inventory on what was delivered prior to the install. They definitely need to do more QC of the boxes before they ship out as I had some critical pieces missing that were the first step in the installation process for the Pergola (screws to mount the base plates to the column) and the Screens (snap fit brackets/screws). Still awaiting for some final parts that are not critical to the install that are out of stock. Customer service was easy to work with and quick to get me the parts needed. Would recommend the product and if doing DIY plan ahead get an extra set of hands particularly for a 16 foot screen.

Pergolux support was always willing with prompt and courteous help. Assembly was easy for two of us. The product is working just as advertised and I would recommend it to anyone (already have).

The large pergola we purchased was, as expected, not without a few wrinkles to have it installed. It took a few calls and even a tech support visit. But the Pergolux team was with me every step of the way until everything was working properly. I did not feel neglected at any point. The pergola is fantastic and the support I received, top notch!!

Aside from the product being quite sound, the customer service was exemplary.
