Perfume is good

The order was filled promptly and precisely. Shipping was fast though not providing the customer a tracking number upon shipping is odd in this day and age.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have, they were prompt to take the order and my payment , I asked for shipping confirmation and I was given a non existent tracking number for UPS. I guess my next steps are To contact BBB and my CCC. What a shame you can’t trust anyone these days!!!

I received an email that said my order is refunded but there’s been no refund.

Item was purchased and received within the same week. Brand new still in wrapped packaging and authenticate. Very pleased with my order.

My order was canceled w no explanation

I ordered a cologne a couple weeks ago and still have not received my product. Seems like a long time in order to get something. I finally received my product, but the cap for the cologne bottle does not fit. Not sure where the correct cap is, but they did not send it.

Fast shipping with no problems
