PerfumesandreaReviews of perfumesandrea.com

My experience with Perfumesabdrea was great. I got a very hard to find fragrance very fair priced and arriving rather quickly. I only didacted one star for not having a tracking number. It would be great to know when to expect the package.

I love making business with you

Good job. Thanks

I did not receive what I ordered. I reached out to rectify the matter and have not received a response.

Placed order, but after 4 days made email inquiry as I had gotten no shipping info. Vendor replied with "refunded transaction". No explanation. Further inquiry got no reply. Got PayPal involved and refund went through. Vendor replied through PayPal they had a problem with payment. No idea why, had to be on their end. Product still seems available. I ended up purchasing elsewhere. Horrible customer service, I will never do business with them again. I'm a fragrance collector, so I order from vendors often. I suggest you steer clear of this business.

Product was on page for purchase. I purchased it and then they later canceled it and said it was out of stock.

No communication what so ever , had to call 7 days after purchase to find out my order status still processing and not shipped yet. Was informed my item will be shipped the next day and instead they refunded my purchase with no explanation why .

I've written to you via your website with no response I've asked for tracking numbers with no response still have not received the purchase
