Didn’t receive. Forgot to put my apt number so it was never delivered to me

Ordered a bottle of Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir and received the regular Bvlgari pour homme EDT. I will not be purchasing from this site again. Edit: The company reached out to me on their own and provided a refund while also allowing me to keep the incorrect item. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get the original one I wanted, but customer service responded quickly.

Fast and efficient.

Sent the wrong cologne. When i emailed them. They responded asking me to send pictures to prove my assertion. They did issue my refund later the next day.

I bought a discontinued fragrance (Bvlgari Aqva Pour Homme) which was hard to find at a decent price but they had it at half the price of what other places were selling it for. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical after seeing some reviews, but to my relief I received an email with tracking information and then received the item within a week of ordering it and was ecstatic to see and smell that it was not a fake and that I had received the correct product I had ordered. I have to say my experience was a good one!
