The website has everything we needed for our office, but it glitched many times, and I had to make sure the billing and shipping addresses updated properly several times. Very slow. Also every time I input a different quantity value it took a long time to refresh the page. May want to consider LESS CLICKS. Thanks

I liked the web site and would suggest that you offer free shipping for orders of $50 or more to compete with Amazon. They offered your products (general purpose exercise bands) at a slightly higher price BUT without any explanation of the band strength. Thanks, Joanne Lustgarten

Not happy about a $29 shipping charge for 4 DVD's - this was the cheapest, slowest shipping method as well. Looks like shipping is also a profit center for Perform Better..........
