I am the aide at a physical therapy clinic that has ordered frequently from Perform Better over the last few years. I called the customer service line because I had been told in my training that there were often deals offered as discounts or reduced shipping, but I wanted to find out if there were any special offers for frequent customers or Business purchases. The representative I worked with, Gerard, was very helpful, and while I was disappointed that businesses don't get any kind of special treatment, he offered to credit back our shipping of my most recent order, and that was on top of the regular promotion discount! It would still be great if businesses with high order volume could receive lower prices, but Gerard played the situation very well and was very generous with this single-time offer. Thanks!
