I placed an order twice in the last month. First one never showed up and they blamed me. Second time I had it shipped general delivery to the local post office. Ive been traveling for 16 months and do this a lot. Plus we have online businesses, so we’re competent even though we’re 56. But it went to my billing address. Again they blamed me. I never had this issue before and everything we buy we do general delivery. However she said the new site will fix all the problems they’ve been having and I said so you admit you’re having issues. Her response, no. They did refund shipping on my order. I hope it just finds me somehow. Idiots.

Great product selection, high quality... I have ordered 4 or 5 times now.

We have orded a lot over the years from Perform Better. But we are extremely dissapointed that shipping for two crosscore 180 suspension trainers (5 lbs each) cost just shy of $50 for regular ground shipping (from Rhode Island to North Carolina). It essentially negated the 20% off offer that lured us to the site to begin with. Could have purchased the same product on Amazon (no discount) with free shipping and no tax for less...

Expensive, but amazingly fast shipping. Great selection.
