Huge let down
Messed up my order several times. Sent the wrong items, sent some orders twice. Was very misleading about the installation of my turf. They told me tape would stick and look fine. After less than a week (with no use- my gym wasn’t even open yet) my turf was ripping up. Asked them to fix the turf as I couldn’t believe what I paid for was only good for a week. It’s been three months and they still haven’t fixed my turf. It’s gotten even worse and I’m embarrassed with how much money I spent for a half-hazard looking gym floor. Clients aren’t happy as the turf has become a tripping hazard. Don’t let them convince you no job is too small for their time. UPDATE: After 3 months of waiting Perform Better sent a different company to fix my turf. I've had no problems since.
