Fairly straight forward but shipping costs 3x the cost of bands

First I would like to say that I have never had a bad experience with your products themselves, so I felt I owed you guys a fair and measured review. However, this is my first experience buying from you directly and I was disappointed to find that a promo code (that I confirmed with a friend worked for their purchase of the product) did not work for me at checkout. The code itself was”PBFS59” for free shipping on an order over $59. Although the items I bought were discounted the total itself was still well above the required amount for your promo code. Other companies I have bought from in the past are very happy to combine codes as long as you are spending the amount needed to activate the code. That is what I consider a great buying experience and somebody I would give more money to inthe future. As I said I like your products, but this experience will make me reconsider buying from you in the future.

bit hard to navigate your website on my phone and to see exactly what I was buying,... should have some type of coding so one knows the resistance of each band or equipment.

It was fine but the shipping was suppose to be free and they required me to continually put in my log in info.

Great products and efficient shopping experience.

Products are great but your checkout portal sucks. It kept giving me an error message that I was missing information even though all boxes were complete. This went on for 5 mins giving me a different error each time. This is not the first time this has happened and I was about to give up until my assistant took over and re-entered all the info to get it to finally work. I have on multiple occasions had this happen in which I got frustrated and just closed your site not completing the sale.
