Amber was very helpful on the live chat.......responded quickly, and helped resolve my issues. She then sent a conformation email of these changes and it was in my inbox immediately. Customer service is key and I will be a return customer plus refer PB to my friends and family!

I receive my shipment of 2 sleds that were not packed in a way to keep it from getting scratch up. Also, the Perform Better sticker that your people put on was only half way on and cut my hand. This experience just shows that your company has a real lackluster way of shipping it product. I will not be ordering from your company again

Have ordered several times in past. Really like products. Web site easy to use.

Was glad to see the price dropped on the item I purchased but when I went to check out it was still expensive because of S&H. If an item is as cheap as mine paying more for S&H seems a bit ridiculous.
