Although the site was recommended by my Dr. who's wife's a physical therapist, it was difficult to navigate and get info... still haven't rec'd link to actual actions and instructions on how best to use product, but overall, would have to say it was a good experience purchasing my bands.

I was looking for a single ankle weight, somehow i ended up with 2 ankle weights.........now i get to return the box and pay for shipping again!

Hi Leslie, Thank you for contacting us. I just reviewed your order and it appears that item 1455-10 was ordered which is a set (pair) of 5lb cuffs for a total of 10lbs, as stated on the website. I do apologize for any confusion!
