Hello Lisa. We appreciate the feedback and thank you for your business. As far as shipping, unfortunately we are charged by weight and distance traveled. The bands you ordered are extremely light; however, since we are located in Rhode Island we need to ship cross country to you in California. Since the order was placed yesterday (Memorial Day) we are expected to ship out today and you should receive the package within 4-5 business days.
