Customer service you wouldn’t know existed. Not only are perform better ski trainers top line fitness equipment, but their customer service is second to none! Within the first week of us purchasing these ski trainers we had one of our members clip the monitor with the handle and cracked the monitor screen and busted it. Within 12 hours their customer service saw to it that there was already a new monitor on its way to us covered by warranty. Best customer service we’ve ever experienced! Because of this they now have our loyalty to purchasing all of our gym equipment through them. Great customer service pays off! We at Team HIT FIT Appreciate your hard work. Thank you Team Perform Better!
