It wasn’t until after I ordered and my card was charged that I was told the items were on back order. So I have no idea when I will receive the items, it could be months. If I would have known before I purchased that they were on back order I would not have bought them. You need to let customers know if items are on back order before they buy them.

I called to place an order for mini-bands and MaryAnn was so cheerful and helpful. Excellent customer service! I was sad to see that I had to pay more for shipping than for the product itself. That's frustrating. But, overall, I would definitely recommend this company.

I wasn't able to get the free shipping promo because the website was having issues loading when trying to confirm purchase on a previous date and at this point the promo ended. It is what it is at this point. Response to reply...I appreciate the quick reply and understand not everything works perfectly. There was coupon code that worked in addition to the free shipping which had put my overall cost to less then what I ended up paying the second go around. Which is why I was not satisfied with the online experience and left the noted review. I have not received my items, but have used your company in the past with no complaint.
