It seems like most of the issues people are having deal with data clutter due to cookies and cache. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. Hello Mark, I apologize for the inconvenience. After reviewing the order I noticed that there was some issue with the shipping of you package. It looks as though my colleague Emma was in contact with you about the delay in transit. We were able to ship this out right away; however, once the package leaves our warehouse there is little or no control of exactly when it will be delivered. We do offer guaranteed services but they are a bit more costly.
