Your chat staff was very quick and very good. There is a strange occurrence that happens while I'm on your site, near the curser there is a circular moving thing and it seems to make the site react slower. This happened the last time I was on your site too.

The website was not as easy to use as others. I don't like that when I type my credit card number in, the numbers stay on the screen, inviting whoever hacks other people's screens to see it. Almost every other site blocks out the numbers as you type. Shipping costs make me want to shop at Amazon.

Hello Christina, My apologies on the credit card issue. I do know that some browser like Chrome and Safari recognize the numbers from previous website orders. They then try to autofill them in the corresponding fields. I assure you that our checkout is fully secure and all information is encrypted to prevent any fraud. With regards to shipping, we have seen a substantial increase in freight charges and we are continuing to look for more economical solutions. I heard of Perform Better from my daughter. I was ready to purchase some basic exercise equipment for home use. My daughter asked her personal trainer for a recommendation and her trainer recommended Perform Better because of ‘high quality’ workout equipment. I found what I needed along with some suggestions from my daughter. Ordering was easy and efficient. My equipment arrived in a timely fashion and I am very pleased. I would definitely use Perform Better again for workout equipment.

I made at least 3 attempts to purchase the product using PayPal and with two separate browsers, Safari and Firefox (I do not use Chrome), and got the same results. The process got to PayPal but the return to Performbetter's website never happened. It was frustrating and wasted my time. Finally, I chose to use a credit card and that worked. If you cannot interface properly with PayPal, don't offer it.
