I wished the address of the warehouse in RI for pickup would have been included in the shipping information. It would have given us another choice as we live in MA. The checkout page would not open. After entering all the information, I still was unable to click checkout. There was some error message in red about a library file. I had to change browsers in order to enter the order. The shipping information with the reason for the fact that the shipping $ amount (ground at $9.95) would not show up in the actual shipping cost. That reason for the uptick in shipping for that weight of item should have been visible on the shipping choice page.

The service is Amazing, they answered all my questions and I love their products and equipment they last a long time.

this review is solely about webpage usability and checkout experience. why have a PayPal option, if it doesn't work.... after 5 tries checked out with cc instead, but bill went up from 298.xx to 337.xx (and yes I cleared history, cookies, etc. after every try)

Service was great. Ordered on Tuesday 12/21 Walked out of my home at 12:30 on Wednesday my package had arrived. I have worked with these bands before with my trainer so I know it is a good product. Thank You Pat

I accidentally ordered two of the same product and the customer service was amazing when I asked for a refund and explained my situation!! Overall a great product as well!
