This is a great product. I am a personal trainer and today one of my tubes broke after a lot of years of use and abuse from me and my clients. I was expecting this because i could tell it was about to give. Thanks for delivering a great product.

Perform Better seems like a great company and they have excellent communication. I just wish the shipping was more relative to the price and size of the item that you're purchasing.

Perform Better used to be a trusted place of good customer service and fair prices for awesome equipment. PB is no longer competitive in its shipping costs and the additional "Temporary Fee", is just over the top. I will be going elsewhere for my fitness equipment.
